DON"T ASK!...SAVE YOURSELF!!!
Today is a great day! The Lord allowed for me to wake up! I have more than a reasonable portion of health and strength! All is pretty cool in the land of "DCville"! If I were to have a gripe it would only be with myself!
Let's kick this around the campfire!
Over the past several months, if you've been coming around this blog, you would know that I have been doing lots of introspective thinking and publicizing it on my posts. Nothing wrong with that, right???...WRONG!!!
Whilst I was on this quest for knowledge, I evolved it to a grander scale of seeking information. I learned the hard way! There is a reason why we aren't meant to know everything! There are some things that "NEED" to be in the dark!! These self inflicted wounds that I'm licking today were acquired due to opening of Pandora's Box.
We have all heard it before...catchy little phrases about looking for trouble!!! I come to tell ya...IT"S ALL TRUE!!!
Stay in the dark.....Turn away from the light!!!!!! LOL!!!!
I'm going to give you a few don't ask questions for your own safety!
1. Why did he/she cheat on me?
2. When did he/she stop loving me?
3. Is there another man/woman that you're currently seeing?(once broken up)
4. Did you ever love me?
5. Was I the best that lover you've ever been with?
What are some additional "don't ask" questions that you can pass along to some other fellow readers?
Who is up for this challenge?

I learned a long time ago to not ask questions that I don't want to know the answer to, and I strongly advise others not to ask me shyte they don't want to know, because I WILL tell them. Sometimes you just don't need to know the answers to questions that don't matter in the long run.
Having said that, one of the most disastrous questions I've seen to emerge in the late 20th century is:
How many people have you been with?
lol!!! that is too damn funny!!
that's a great one!
I ask because I really want to know.
Question: Was I ever the only one or was I sharing you the entire time?
Question: was he bigger than me? Hehe!
How about this one. Why haven't you called?
Can I stick it in (unprotected) and pull out before I cum?
lol Shai, no he didn't. In this day and age, they asking that?
Whoa... back in the day... the question was... "Can you stand a chance?" then we got hip on new edition and the question evolved to... "Can you stand the rain?"
Why aren't I good enough for you/him? is the hardest I've asked myself.
Good post! Man, this grown up thing ain't easy...these thoughts and feeling come at chu with the thunder and you just want to crawl up in that lil girl/boy place and cry, but a somewhat general question I've found myself not liking the answer to is....(drumroll please)
Why are you with me? strange, because they appear to be with you...but in most cases having to ask that question indicates something els.
oh man....these are some great comments!
@shai: whattttt? people still ask those dumb azz questions? that's ridiculous!
Another Irritating one is:
Who's your Daddy? I hate that. LOL.
Or
Who's pussy is this? Yuck. Mine you muthascruncher. LOL. SMH.
um....geeez! are you ok, Shai?
Shai...you took mine LOL! Damn...I'll be back when I think of another one
What don't you like about me?
My fave - that I have to continue to ask is:
CAN u KEEP UP!?
...and yes, I LOVE the D.C. song that starts w/ that DC Go-Go BEAT!!
loved reading the other responses, too. FUNNY!!!
Ask me no questions and I'll tell you no lies...
This is the motto I live by...
Lemme just put the head in...
I don't ask for sh*t I can't handle and when people give me answers I didn't ask for I know they are doing it to hurt me .. without hesitation usher them off to the ex girlfriend graveyard .. bury them and if they come back to haunt me from there I call GHOSTBUSTERS!!!
But if I had a question I definitely don't ask it would be Lo's .... don't need to know and I'm not sure many women would be honest in answering
Gathering information is a part of what I have to do everyday professionally and at the end of the day I must be comprehensive in obtaining answers to questions. I learned to be exhaustive but relevant and specific. However, I have evolved in my personal life and I have learned to be more selective regarding questions and prepared for answers that I ask questions to. I have also learned that people will tell you what they want you to know and just because I ask doesn’t mean a person will divulge all. That has been a tough lesson because my expectations of others are those I have of myself.
I now strive to gather some information and allow other pieces of information to come to me while remaining quiet in the balance. Those who know me know that remaining quiet is a loud statement from me.
Is dr Girlfriend a Professor ? I feel like I'm always in class when she writes ... smile it's all good aint nothing like a smart chick on your blog .. so I'm inviting over to my spizzle ... with all the smart chicks on here already there she'll feel right at home ...
yep, she pretty much is a professor cort gizzle. she's joining the ranks of the CWRU staff right here in C Town.
love that line: "remaining quiet is a loud statement" Dr. G'friend! I hear u on THAT!
I'm with you on asking questions you don't want answered, I never do that, but I used to always get asked stuff I didn't want to answer which is a dead give away when you hesitate or don't want to talk.
I'll have to answer this like DC would when it comes to questions:
I pleads the fifth!
