And so it begins....

Now I can't front and say that I don't have Limewire my desktop. I'd have to say that this hollow victory is the first step in the major bullying tactics. Frankly, this is some BS!!

What do you think, fam? Is 24 songs worth $220,000?

you see, i'm bout to get on someone's last nerve and step on a few toes.

On oneside I think that's F'd up.I'm not going to say I'm not guilty of buying bootleg up and down detroit cause when you can get 3 for ten that's the crap.

But on the other hand I've been bootlegged and I was soo upset I wanted them to pay a million dollars a word that had the nerve to take from me and make money off of me.

I understand both sides of the coin and numhah one it's wrong. True the music industry is putting out some crap these days, but obviously it's crap people really want but don't want to shell out money for it.

and it's sickening that the music industry is charging an arm and a leg of the crap to make me find a crack head to buy it off of.

But it's someone's creativity that's being stole. Crappy as it is, I can understand that the little the person get is being stolen from him and played everywhere and he (the creative person) gets nothing for it.

That's almost a quarter of a million dollars that woman has to pay back and she's going to spend a lifetime doing so because of her disrespect to someone's creativity.

BTW, if you think it's crap out there, why don't you help promote someone who's not doing crap so the music industry will jump on that and then you can download their stuff for free too.

Just kidding.

okay, enuf toe stepping.

getting out the way.

hey sylvia....no toe steppin apology necessary. we speaks our mind on dis heah blog. you made a valid point "for" the industry and the creative talents but lots of those creative talents are in court every year for stealing someone else's creativity via sampling and such.

i gave up buying bootleg dvds, but im certainly not going to run to the cd/game exchange if im trying to add one particular song to my ipod list. fuggggg that!!!

Thanks for coming over, you are always welcome

@dmarks: thanks for stopping by, fam. love the pic. i should thank the diva for good blogs for me to comment on. Keep on coming, it's gets a lil lively, but its all done in fun.

I'll be over to see what you blog on too.

peace, y'all!
