Man's best friend...

Milo

Milo and Lucky

I am still shocked at how close I am with dogs. During the majority of my life, I have been a fan of cats.

Interestingly enough, over the last couple of years, I have become quite fond of the bond between a dog and his master.

It probably intensified when I got close to "Lucy" from hanging out at Cortney Gee's place and kennels. She was the first dog that I fell in love with.

Now I co-own 5 beautiful dogs and think "I finally get it"

To the people that don't own or like pets, let me tell you, there is nothing like the bond between unconditional love from your pet and you.

This has been my personal Public Service Announcement!

I have been limited to my beta fish for years. I would love a dog, but I can't have one due to financial reasons...

You aint never lied!!!

The cost of feedin 'em is a bytch (pun intended LOL),but it's worth it in the end...

Whoa 5 dogs...

I want a puppy sooooo bad... but refuse to torture it with no yard since I live in NYC.

i've had dogs all my life... and when I had to leave for college that was probably the one thing I missed the most... my dog BJ... he has since passed on and I still think about him at times.

I love my dog. My dog is my best friend. I recently lost my dog to cancer but I found comfort in this book I read called Life to the Max, by Robin Reynolds.
What we have here is a true winner and a worthwhile read for the whole family.

After recently loosing our family dog that we rescued nine years ago, reading Life to the Max what exactly what we needed. It helped me explain the loss of our beloved pet and be thankful for all of the lessons he taught us along the way. Thanks for suggesting Life to the Max Chrissy! What a great find!

My first time to your blog and I must agree about the bond with pets.

Milo is a Shiba Inu, right?

I have a Shiba at home and he thinks he is human. Spoiled rotten. You don't see them often, so I had to comment.
